Some women just don’t like the shape of their breasts. Appearance is not really that important, what is more important is women health. Sagging breasts may happen for numerous reasons and/or lifestyle choices but there are always ways how woman can fight against sagging breasts.
Why does this happen?
Woman breasts are not muscle. For the most part, they are fatty tissues and milk producing glands, which are covered with skin that is naturally elastic due to the protein elastin.
The experts say that, smoking or big body weight changes are usually the main reason for breast sagging. Smoking destroys the elastin which cases the skin to lose its elasticity. Losing it’s elasticity causes the skin around and on the breasts to become loose and sag. Gaining high amounts of weight or loosing in short period of time will also cause the breasts to sag.
How to keep your breasts firm?
#1 Maintain your weight – keep your weight at constant and healthy level. If you need to lose weight or gain some don’t do that in drastic manner and your breasts are safe.
#2 Drink water – Drinking water is good for everything, including sagging breasts. A study of the University of Wisconsin showed that not drinking enough water will make your skin age faster. Of course that will cause sagging breasts. Drinking a liter of pure water in the morning is of great benefit. Adding some salt and lemon will make it even more beneficial.
#3 Proper nutrition – According to iDIVA, foods containing sulfur-bearing protein, hemp seeds, eggs and vitamin C will help out with breast health including breast sagging.
#4 Exercise – Is one of the best ways to keep your breasts from sagging. If you aim to lose some weight. make sure to keep your diet nutritious for full body health. Throw away all fried foots that can age connective tissue and of course avoid smoking.

Another good way to keep your breasts firm is Aloe vera. All you have to do is massage your breasts with aloe vera gel, wait for 10 minutes then wash it away. Four to five times a week of this will strengthen your skin. Coconut oil or cacao butter will also help if you massage your breasts 2 to 3 times a week.

What you Need:
- One tablespoon plain organic yogurt (vegans can use a tablespoon of coconut kefir)
- One organic egg (vegans use one teaspoon of spirulina and coconut oil)
- One tablespoon vitamin E oil (organic olive oil is also good)
Blend everything together and massage evenly onto your breasts. Cover with an old shirt and leave on for 20 to 25 minutes. Then rinse off.
