Uric Acid Crystallization is the underlying cause of Gout
Gout is usually characterized by recurrent attacks of inflammatory arthritis—a red, tender, hot, and swollen joint. Pain typically comes on rapidly in less than twelve hours. The joint at the base of the big toe is affected in about half of cases.
The cause is a combination of diet and genetic factors. It occurs more commonly in those who eat a lot of meat, drink a lot of beer, or are overweight. The underlying mechanism involves elevated levels of uric acid in the blood. At high levels, the uric acid crystallizes and the crystals deposit in joints, tendons and surrounding tissues, an attack of gout occurs.
Eliminate The Uric Acid Crystallization Naturally
LEMON JUICE has the ability to reduce uric acid crystallization. Take one glass water and squeeze the juice of one big, organic lemon. Drink this in the mornings before breakfast.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: The malic acid that the apple cider vinegar contains destroys the uric acid crystals and carries them out of the body. Take one glass of water, approximately 200 ml and then add 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. Consume this twice during the day, once before lunch and once before dinner.
PINEAPPLES: Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapples, especially in the juice and in the stem. It is used as a medicine for swelling (inflammation) and it also helps with proper waste elimination.
CURCUMIN: Curcumin is the active ingredient of turmeric. It is well known for it’s anti-inflammatory properties. And it’s also a very strong, natural pain killer.
BAKING SODA: And of course baking soda. When talking about acidity levels, we can not skip baking soda and it’s potent power in reducing the acidity in the body. Mix ½ teaspoon of baking soda with a big glass of water. Drink throughout the day.
