British scientists claim that hair dyes contain chemical that are directly connected with cancer. They also came to conclusion that 87 out of 100 women diagnosed with breast cancer have been using hair dryers for a long period in their lives. The risk for cancer is increased up to 70% for women who dye their hair 4 or more times during the year.
There are some natural methods for dyeing hear, maybe they are not long lasting but at least they won’t harm your health. According to the National Cancer Institute over 5000 different chemicals are used in conventional hair dyes, many of which are considered carcinogenic. We will recommend you to use coffee for this purpose because it is absolutely natural and has a huge number of beneficial properties.
Prepare a mixture with coffee and get the desired color and make your hair shiny and better looking. A study which was published in the January 2007 issue of the international Journal of Dermatology claims that coffee improves the hair growth.
How to use coffee to dye your hair
1. Prepare strong coffee (we recommend you espresso). Avoid non organic because they usually contain some added chemicals.
2. Then leave your coffee to cool down.
3. Mix 2 cups with 2 tbsp. of organic coffee grounds and 1 cup of cold brewed coffee.
4. Once you prepare it apply it on your hair and leave it like that for an hour. After this your hair will look shiny with beautiful chocolate color.
Simple Coffee Rinse
Put some shampoo on your hair and then pour coffee over it. Wait about 20 minutes and rinse your hair. For rinsing it use apple cider vinegar. In the end rinse it one more time with warm water.
Maybe the first time you won`t get the desired effect, but repeat the same procedure several days in the row and you will get it. By repeating you will allow the coffee to penetrate the strands of your hair.
